CAO STUDY & DESIGN Medical optical card
Design and PCB routing of a High Density medical optical card for integration of an optical sensor with µC16bit chipset. This medical optical card was routed in HDI with strong routing constraints on the communication lines and with suitable impedances for the communication signals. All the layout was done on PAds.
Circuit board routed in 8 layers class 7 with BGA picthc 0.3mm and impedance control at PCB production output.
