CAO STUDY & DESIGN 4G RF card with GPS
Electronic CAO and routing of a 4G RF card with High Density GPS for integration of a 4G GSM device with chipset and GPS antenna. This card was routed in HDI with strong routing constraints on the communication lines and with suitable impedances for the RF signals. All the layout was done on Altium Designer.
Electronic card routed in 6 layers class 6 with impedance control at PCB production output.
