CAO STUDY & INDUSTRIAL IOT CARD DESIGN
Design, routing and electronic wiring of an industrial CPU board with IoT function. This dedicated card for the transport market is equipped with all CE / UL RF communication devices and filtered GPIO peripherals to meet customers‘ robustness needs. This card was routed in HDI with strong routing constraints for the CEM / LV and R & TTE aspects. All the layout was done on Altium Designer.
Circuit board routed in 6 layers class 7 with BGA pitch 0.3mm and tropicalization at EMS production output.
